The owner approached me asking for help when comes to marketing and advertising his room online in order to bring first reservations in. After analyzing his the profile of the property, realized we had to start all from scratch. Here is the strategy and steps that have been applied:

PS: Would recommend that The Lake Breeze, writes a daily article on the wordpress blog and this way, they will be ranked higher in Google. This takes time and dedication, but the results are truly worth it.
2. Second step was to open an Airbnb profile and page to gain international audience and bookings on a great booking platform that has proven performance with travelers that are experts, young and innovative to try alternative accommodation to traditional hotel.
PS: this property has earned 20 dollars by being part of our affiliate program and other credit for traveling.
3. Apart from having a website to appear on Google. We have also produced and inserted a BOOK NOW button that is responsive for smartphone and tablet. This way, they can get direct bookings.
PS: Sanjeewa, the owner has to maintain the availability calendar to open and close his rooms depending on his occupancy.
This are just the first steps toward an ongoing optimization of online presence for a guesthouse, holiday villa. Continuous effort and time has to be put in order to become better and better, receive first guests, create a name, earn first reviews.
