How 24hours opened reception influences online bookings


On my last trip to London was trying to find out a property where they have 24 hours reception opened as my flight arrived around 11PM and needed to check-in after mid-night.

So, I had to look carefully at the check-in times on the hotel website and the booking extra nets, to make sure I am not left out on the street. Maybe your property can arrange a place where to leave the key for late guests in case you do not have 24 hours reception, in order not to loose guests.


there are numerous OTA, extra net ideas like halal friendly hotels: Could it be launched an after mid-night extra net? booking website?

Breakfast option, description, photos or check-in hours are done in the various extranets as what is transferred from the Channel Manager is mainly rates and availabilities.
